Kolte Patil Verve is coming up on a piece of land owned by Hari Ratan Co-operative Housing Society Limited. The land area works out to 9607.5 square meters i.e. 2.37 acres approximately. Hence, the Project is a Society Redevelopment Project. Hari Ratan Co-operative Housing Society Limited had 9 Buildings namely C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, D1, D2, D3, and D4. It was constructed around the year 1983. Buildings C1 to C5 comprised of Ground plus four upper floors, D1 to D4 comprised of Ground plus three upper floors. There were 149 Residential flats and one society office.
The Land Title Report has been issued by Hariani and Co Advocates and Solicitors.

Kolte Patil Verve will consist of four Wings namely Wing A, Wing B, Wing C, and Wing D. The Project also offers Amenities to both the Residents i.e. Apartment Owners of Hari Ratan Co-operative Housing Society Limited and New Buyers like You.
Wings A and B comprise of Stilt having Commercial Shops or Units plus 4 level of podiums plus 16 upper residential floors.
Wings C and D comprise of Stilt having Commercial Shops or Units plus 4 level of podiums plus 27 upper residential floors.
Wings C and D have a refuge area on the 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th floors.

I started this blog with a Vision to add value in the buying journey of a home buyer. I come with 5+years of experience in Real Estate Sales divided into 2 parts i.e. couple of years of experience in Primary Under Construction Projects of a developer based in Bangalore and 3years as a Real Estate Freelancer in Mumbai. I completed my MBA in Marketing in 2012. Currently, I am based in Mumbai.
