Land History of Oberoi Sky City
Oberoi Sky City consists of 25acres of Freehold Land. It was bought by Oberoi Realty from Tata Steel via E-Auction at a price of 1,155crores INR. The land deal happened in the fourth quarter of FY 2013-2014. Since it was a Corporate Land owned by Tata Steel, the title is Freehold. You can do a simple google search with the words “Oberoi Realty Buys Tata Steel land in Borivali”.

Location of Oberoi Sky City
Oberoi Sky City Project is located in Borivali East at the junction of Dattapada Road and Western Express Highway. It does have an upcoming Metro Station near the Project on the Dahisar – Andheri Western Express Highway Metro Line Route which runs over the Western Express Highway from Dahisar to Andheri East. The Metro Line, in short, enhances connectivity from Dahisar to Andheri to Versova/Ghatkopar.
The locality has a Magathane Bus Depot for BEST Bus Access to various parts of the city. Please note the area has prominent development from Kanakia Group like Kanakia Discovery, Kanakia Country Park, Ekta Bhoomi Garden, Kanakia Western Edge, Kanakia Exotica.
The local Borivali Railway Station with access to Platform Number 1 is at a distance of 1km or 10-12minutes walking distance. The main Borivali Railway station will be approximately 1.4kms from the Project or 15mins Walking Distance. I am sharing the Google Map Location of Oberoi Sky City.

Oberoi Sky City has currently launched 5 towers i.e Towers A to E with MahaRera Nos: P51800003582 & P51800018404 (https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in/). The Project as per MahaRera is scheduled to be delivered or handed over by June 2023 and June 2024. The Towers are 60 floors each with 8 levels of Podiums. The Project consists of Configurations with many variations which I am explaining below :
