I welcome you to the blog on Sky City Tower F: Luxury 3BHK Homes in an 25acres Paradise in Borivali. Sky City Tower F is a new Tower Launched by Oberoi Realty in its Integrated Development Project in Borivali East known as Oberoi Sky City. This blog will analyze w.r.t Sky City Tower F only. If you want to know about the other launched towers in Oberoi Sky City, then you can visit another separate blog on Oberoi Sky City Project. The reason for writing another blog is because Oberoi Realty initially launched Towers A to D and later Tower E with Rera Numbers of Towers A to D and Tower E being different.
The second reason for writing this blog is because the sizes of apartments are different in Sky City Tower F compared to Oberoi Sky City Towers A to E. The contractor for the development of Tower F is Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited whereas the contractor for the development of Towers A to E is Larsen and Toubro.

Land History of Sky City Tower F
Sky City Tower F is coming up as a separate tower in Oberoi Sky City Project. The Land is the same as that of the Oberoi Sky City Project larger Land Parcel of 25acres or 1,01,153.10 square meters approximately. The Land area occupied by Sky City Tower F comes to 1037.33 square meters. It is freehold land. This particular Land Parcel was bought by Oberoi Realty in the Year 2014 from Tata Steel Limited.
Adding to the above I am sharing the Title Report of the Sky City Tower F for your reference. You can get all the documents like Proforma of the allotment letter, agreement for sale draft, copy of legal title report, details of encumbrances, copy of layout approval, commencement certificate is also known as in short as CC and building plan approval on the MahaRera Website. The Mall in the Oberoi Sky City Project will be called “Oberoi Sky Mall” which will be spread across 1million square feet approximately. There is an article in The Economic Times on Inox Leisure leasing 1lakh square feet of space in the same mall with a lease duration of 15years in the Year 2018.
Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received the contract for constructing the Oberoi Sky Mall. Apart from Oberoi Sky Mall, Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has done developments like Oberoi Garden City, Oberoi Enigma, and Oberoi Juhu Residence.
