Location of SD Corp Sarova
SD Corp Sarova is based in Samta Nagar in Kandivali East which is the beginning point of Thakur Village. The Project is expected to change the Sky Line of Samta Nagar in the next decade. Popular landmarks like Thakur Mall having Mcdonald’s, Pizza Hut, Gymnasium, Multiple Parks for Rejuvenation, Thakur College, Multiple Schools, Local Grocery Vendors, Miraj Thakur Cinema, Vishnu Shivam Mall with Inox Multiplex, Banks, Dmart, Godrej Nature’s Basket and Healthcare Services are at a walkable distance of 10-15mins from the Project.

Pls comment on the land – is it freehold or leasehold. mhada is the owner of the land. will they transfer the land ownership to societies. or if mhada does not renew the lease what will be implications for flat buyers.
Hi Sushil, Sorry for the delay in responding to your query. It’s leasehold land. Land ownership will continue to stay with Mhada till the time of the lease period. Once the lease expires it can be renewed. As per the Title Report, I understand, the lease duration is 30years. If Mhada does not renew the lease deed then it will depend on the Government Regulations at that point in time plus the rules of Mhada prevailing at the time of lease deed expiry.
