The Society is registered under the provisions of the Maharashtra Cooperative Society Act, 1960. The Society before going in for redevelopment consisted of 4 wings namely, A Wing, B Wing, C Wing, and D Wing. The 4 wings were of Ground + 3 Floors. In total, the Society had 63 residential flats and one society office. It clearly indicates that the society had 63 families residing in it.
The land area of Om Shree Gokul Cooperative Housing Society Limited or the land area of the Kolte Patil Evara project is 2505.60 square meters or 0.61acre approximately.

Kolte Patil Evara will consist of one building comprising of two wings namely Wing A and Wing B along with Amenities.
Wing A will comprise of Ground Floor + 1st Upper Floor Commercial + 1st to 3rd Podium Floor for Parking + 2nd to 16th Upper Floor for Residential Use.
Wing B will comprise of Ground + 1st Upper Floor Commercial + 1st to 3rd Podium Floor for Parking + 2nd to 16th (Part) Upper Floor for Residential Use. There will be a Fitness Center on the 1st Podium Level and Society Office on the 3rd Podium Level.
Refuge Area will be on the 3rd and 10th Upper Floor of Wings A and B.
Both the Wings will house the Rehab Portion as well as New Residents or New Buyers of the Apartments.
