Land Title of Dosti Oro 67
Dosti Oro 67 is going to be built under SRA Scheme known as Slum Rehabilitation Authority Scheme. The land belongs to the State Government of Maharashtra and Mhada i.e. Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority. The land area of the Free Sale Component comes to 3399.18 square meters i.e. 0.84 acres.
If we look at the larger land area i.e. including the Rehab Component then the land area comes to 8411.25 square meters i.e. 2.08 acres.

Dosti Oro 67 Project consists of four wings namely Wing A, Wing B, Wing C, and Wing D.
Wing A, Wing B, Wing C, and Wing D will consist of Part Basement for Services, Part Ground Floor, Part Stilt plus Part Service Floor, Plus Part 1st Podium, 2nd to 7th Podium Floors with Part Residential plus 8th Floor Clubhouse or Entry Level, part Residential Plus 9th to 23rd Residential Floors. The Floors are proposed to go up to the 27th Floor but it is not yet sanctioned. The Refuge area will fall on the 8th and 15th Floors. The 23rd Floor will have a part Terrace Area which is nothing but a Refuge Area.

I started this blog with a Vision to add value in the buying journey of a home buyer. I come with 5+years of experience in Real Estate Sales divided into 2 parts i.e. couple of years of experience in Primary Under Construction Projects of a developer based in Bangalore and 3years as a Real Estate Freelancer in Mumbai.
