Land Title of Mahindra Roots
Mahindra Roots is an upcoming residential development in the bustling locality of Kandivali East. The land is a Freehold Land. The owner of the Mahindra Roots Land is Mahindra Lifespace Developers Private Limited. The land area of the project is 4463.50 square meters i.e. 1.103 acres approximately.

Mahindra Roots an upcoming Residential Real Estate Development is located in Kandivali East. Kandivali falls in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai. The Address of Mahindra Roots is Akurli Road, Near Mahindra and Mahindra Yellow Gate, Kandivali East, Mumbai: 400101.

The MahaRera Possession Date of Mahindra Roots is 30th March 2023.
The above MahaRera Certificate will have the same validity as the possession date.
Coming to Mahindra Roots, it’s an independent tower consisting of 4 apartments per floor. The break up of floors is Part Basement + Part Stilt (Parking) + Part Ground Floor + 1st to 5th Upper Floor (Part Residential Floor + Part Parking Floor) + 6th to 30th Upper Floors. It will have 126 exclusive apartments. The Refuge area will be on the 8th floor, 15th floor, 22nd floor, and 29th floor.

By looking at the above floor plans, we understand that there are 4 apartments per floor. It has 9.50 meters i.e. 31.16 feet wide lobby. Each floor has 2 staircases, 2 passenger lifts, and 1 stretcher lift. As per the typical floor plan, it also has a fireman’s excavation lift.
Flat No 1 and Flat No 2 have West Main Door Facing i.e when you exit the apartment you are facing towards West.
Flat No 3 and Flat No 4 have East Main Door Facing i.e. when you exit the apartment you are facing towards East.
Another important thing to make note of is 1BHK’s are available from the 6th floor to the 13th floor only. The rest of the floors will have 2BHK’s only. This is clearly indicated in the floor plan.
