Hence, to know whether a project has a clear and marketable title is of utmost importance.
The Land of Oberoi Elysian is a Freehold Land. The Land Area comes to approximately 1414.66 square meters. Please note that this land area is only of Elysian Tower A.

A short note on Oberoi Garden City (OGC):
