You would be wondering why I kept the name of this Blog post as Chandak Dahisar – Home Spaces Planned in the Best Way is because if we go through the Floor Plans thoroughly we will realize that there is optimum utilization of every square feet in the apartment. Although the Rera Carpet Area of the homes may sound smaller to most of you but if we study the floor plan and look at the overall project holistically, there is next to zero wastage of space.

In my opinion, there is no point buying a home where the carpet area is 400sqft and you have a passage within the apartment which accounts for 20-30sqft. Keeping in mind that most of you are concerned with the sizes of home where you plan to spend the next decade or two of your life with your Family, hence dimensions provided within the apartment are of utmost importance to us.
