Land History of Rustomjee Summit
The Land of Rustomjee Summit is leasehold land. It belongs to Mhada i.e. Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority. The land area on which the project is coming up measures up to approximately 1acre. The people who used to stay have been given due accommodations in Rustomjee Pinnacle building right across the road which comprises 21 Storeys and has received an Occupancy Certificate. Hence, Rustomjee Summit will comprise of only fresh or new owners of the homes.
A copy of the legal title report can be easily found on the MahaRera Website which explains the land history of the project in detail. It can be checked by anyone. There is no registration or sign up required. You can go to the website, look for Registration Pane inked in Blue Color, a drop-down with occur, click on Registered Projects which will take you to a new page and key in the MahaRera Registration Number of the Project i.e. P51800003590 after selecting Registered Projects and click on search. Rustomjee Summit has a standalone tower of 37 floors with MahaRera Number P51800003590. The MahaRera Website Link I have shared in the article above.
It comprises of 4 apartments per floor till the 17th floor and 8 apartments per floor from the 18th floor. From the Ground floor to the 17th floor, there will be a car parking zone. There will be a shared lobby for 4 apartments on each floor i.e. 2 separate lobbies between 8 apartments with access on each floor to the other lobby via the staircase area. In total there will be 7 lifts with a break up of 4:3 ratio.
The possession date of the Rustomjee Summit as per Rera is June 2023. The project has taken an extension with an initially planned possession date of December 2021.
