The Project is coming up on a piece of land that belongs to the Government of Maharashtra and Mhada i.e. Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority. This piece of land parcel is getting developed under the SRA Scheme i.e. Slum Rehabilitation Authority. The total land area under consideration is 19259.62 Square Meters i.e. 4.76acres approximately.
